UX Architects worked closely with the client and conservation officer to gain listed building and planning consent for a conversion of this Grade II Listed Building into a two storey restaurant overlooking Poole Quay.  The first floor contains lofty vaulted ceilings and waterside seating on the ground floor for up to 80 guests, cocktail bar, open plan kitchen, dine in, takeaway and event space.
