Contemporary Apartments and Townhouses

UX Architects are currently working with the client, contractor and other specialists to construct 8 x apartments and 3 x townhouses in Lewisham, London.

At the planning stages, we have worked closely with Lewisham Borough Council, giving careful consideration to the brickwork detailing, metal clad mansard roof and window proportions of the apartments and townhouses.

The proposal incorporates a combination of a replacement mansion block as well as a linear new build dwellings to the rear. The new build houses are mews-like in character and creates a series of brick courtyard dwellings, with a number of intimate private external courtyards, which provide light and aspect whilst addressing overlooking issues.
