Superhome | Sandbanks

UX Architects worked closely with the client to design and deliver a luxury three storey residential dwelling, set within one of the most prestigious locations in the UK – Sandbanks.

The site levels change dramatically to frame stunning panoramic views across Poole Harbour, towards Brownsea Island and the Purbecks beyond.

The architecture has been designed to address the formal roadside setting to the front and the inspiring views to the rear. The juxtaposition of the front and back influenced the concept of the calm cantilevering box on the front elevation and bold, striking zig zag statement to the rear. The angular zig zag concept flows from the landscape into the balcony design and the roof above.
