De Moulham | Swanage

UX Architects worked closely with Chapman Lily Planning to secure 4 x new dwellings in Swanage. The proposal is for the demolition the existing building and replace with three storey properties on the clifftop overlooking Swanage bay and the Isle of Wight. The dwellings use natural purbeck stonework with stone quoin detailing and render to create a light and well proportioned facade. We have designed large panes of glazing within the traditional gables and balconies to maximise on the beautiful views towards the sea.
