Situated outside of Bournemouth Town Centre, UX Architects were commissioned by the client to apply for full planning consent to demolish the existing triple garage on the site to build a two-bedroom detached dwelling with associated amenity space and parking.

The tile house was hand-crafted around a series of complex town centre constraints, such as overlooking concerns, volumetric issues and visual impact assessments. We worked closely with planning, highways and other specialist consultants to carefully negotiate with planning officers to create a carefully considered and sensitively designed dwelling on the site..
