Victorian Terrace Extension | Construction Complete

Construction has been completed for our modern extension to a Victorian terrace dwelling in Poole, Dorset.

Given the small size of the extension, we utilised key architectural tectonics to maximise light and openness to the property. To achieve this brief, we specified motorized rooflights, high-level glazed bricks and openings through differing connecting spaces.

The exposed timber rafters and steelwork enhance the feeling of height and grandeur within the extension to replicate the Victorian atmosphere associated with the property. We are thrilled with the outcome of the small details such as the external shower and the effect of the coloured glass creates for the kitchen space.
