Residential Development In Bournemouth's Conservation area: Planning Permission Granted

Originally a hotel, planning permission was obtained for 30 x apartments situated within Bournemouth’s, West Cliff conservation area. The architectural features were influenced by the neighbouring historic built environment, features such as the bay windows, arched window heads, architectural render bands, bold gables and overhanging eaves. These features were carefully applied to the massing to create an aesthetically pleasing addition to the historic street scene. 

The scheme at Durley Road is currently under construction and due for completion in 2022.
